SUMMARY:Make Chocolate Truffles
DESCRIPTION:Learn the basics of artisanal chocolate-making from professionals!\nThe program:  \n\nIn the unique atmosphere of l’École du Chocolat in the center of Geneva\, we’ll welcome you for this 2-hour introductory chocolate-making course.\nAs you sample some of La Bonbonnière’s flagship creations\, our master chocolatiers will explain the history of Swiss chocolate and its secrets.\nThen you’ll move from theory to practice\, experimenting with various techniques and creating your own chocolate truffles.\n\nThroughout the experience\, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. \n  \nWhat’s included? \nToque\, apron\, chocolate and various ingredients are all provided during the workshop.\nAt the end of the workshop\, you can take your creation home to enjoy and/or share with friends and family. \n  \n\n  Duration :\n 2h \n  \nPlease note: \nFrom age 12 if participating alone\, from age 8 if accompanied by an adult registered for the workshop. Minimum 4 participants for the workshop to take place. \nClasses are held in French\, but can be translated into English. \nOnly cancellations made 48 hours before the start of the workshop will be reimbursed. \nDietary requirements and allergies  : Creations can be made in milk or dark chocolate. As dark chocolate is vegan and gluten-free\, this workshop is suitable. Then you’ll put these techniques into practice by making a delicious gourmet tablet.\nWe’ll give you all the tips you need to reproduce what you learn on your own at home.\n\nThroughout the experience\, our team will be on hand to guide you and answer any questions you may have. \n  \nWhat’s included? \nToque\, apron\, chocolate and various ingredients are all provided during the workshop.\nAt the end of the workshop\, you can take your creations home to enjoy and/or share with friends and family. \n  \nDuration : 2h \nDifficulty : Technical – Level 2 \n  \nPlease note: \nFrom age 12.
