{"id":42872,"date":"2024-02-19T09:57:58","date_gmt":"2024-02-19T08:57:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.labonbonniere.ch\/atelier\/make-chocolate-truffles\/"},"modified":"2024-06-06T18:04:07","modified_gmt":"2024-06-06T16:04:07","slug":"make-chocolate-truffles","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/shop.labonbonniere.ch\/en\/atelier\/make-chocolate-truffles\/","title":{"rendered":"Make Chocolate Truffles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Learn the basics of artisanal chocolate-making from professionals!<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>The program:<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the unique atmosphere of l&#8217;\u00c9cole du Chocolat in the center of Geneva, we&#8217;ll welcome you for this 2-hour introductory chocolate-making course.<\/li>\n<li>As you sample some of La Bonbonni\u00e8re&#8217;s flagship creations, our master chocolatiers will explain the history of Swiss chocolate and its secrets.<\/li>\n<li>Then you&#8217;ll move from theory to practice, experimenting with various techniques and creating your own chocolate truffles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Throughout the experience, our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>What&#8217;s included?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Toque, apron, chocolate and various ingredients are all provided during the workshop.<br \/>\nAt the end of the workshop, you can take your creation home to enjoy and\/or share with friends and family.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n  <em>Duration :<\/em><br \/>\n<\/strong> 2h<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">From age 12 if participating alone, from age 8 if accompanied by an adult registered for the workshop. Minimum 4 participants for the workshop to take place.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Classes are held in French, but can be translated into English.<\/p>\n<p>Only cancellations made 48 hours before the start of the workshop will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>Dietary requirements and allergies<i>  : Creations can be made in milk or dark chocolate. As dark chocolate is vegan and gluten-free, this workshop is suitable.
