Learn chocolate tempering techniques

Learn the basics of artisan chocolate-making from the professionals!

The program:

  • In the unique atmosphere of l’École du Chocolat in the center of Geneva, at the appointed time, we’ll welcome you for this 2-hour technical chocolate tempering course.
  • As you sample some of La Bonbonnière’s creations, our master chocolatiers will explain the secrets of perfectly tempering chocolate by hand, using two techniques you can easily reproduce at home: seeding and tablage. Then you’ll put these techniques into practice by making a delicious gourmet tablet.
  • We’ll give you all the tips you need to reproduce what you learn on your own at home.

Throughout the experience, our team will be on hand to guide you and answer any questions you may have.

 

What’s included?

Toque, apron, chocolate and various ingredients are all provided during the workshop.
At the end of the workshop, you can take your creations home to enjoy and/or share with friends and family.

 

Duration : 2h

Difficulty : Technical – Level 2

 

Please note:

From age 12. Minimum 4 participants for the workshop to take place.

Classes are held in French, but can be translated into English.

Only cancellations made 48 hours before the start of the workshop will be reimbursed.

Dietary requirements and allergies This course uses dark chocolate. As dark chocolate is vegan and gluten-free, this workshop is suitable for everyone. However, if you are allergic to hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios or other nuts, please specify this in the comments when booking, as this workshop may use dried fruit.
