Made with a creamy coconut mousse, a delicate pineapple confit, a soft lime cookie and a crunchy coconut crunch, this light, fruity dessert is a subtle blend of flavors for awakened gourmets. In every bite, a pleasant breath of summer and sunshine that delights the senses and the palate.
