Our pastry chef has prepared a delicious entremet with a unique popcorn twist. Composed of a popcorn-infused whipped ganache, a popcorn praline, and a smooth caramel cream, topped with a soft hazelnut biscuit and a pretty dark chocolate decoration, this burst of festive flavors will delight young and old alike.
A gluten-free dessert for 4-6 people.
