The Léonard Parli company, where these calissons are made, was founded in 1874 by the Swiss confectioner of the same name. Seduced by this sweetness, he founded the first calissons factory in Aix.
Composition : Candied fruit (melon, glucose syrup, orange), almonds, sugar, glucose syrup, rehydrated egg white, wafer (potato starch, sunflower oil).
Allergens: possible traces of milk, manufactured in a laboratory using almonds and hazelnuts.
