Our new dessert, Caraïbe, takes you on a delicious gustatory voyage to exotic lands with flavors of pineapple and coconut.
Made with a creamy coconut mousse, a delicate pineapple confit, a soft lime cookie and a crunchy coconut crunch, this light, fruity dessert is a subtle blend of flavors for awakened gourmets. In every bite, a pleasant breath of summer and sunshine enchant the senses and the palate.
