Mirabeau New Year (Gluten-free)

Description

Mirabeau’s entremets feature a soft hazelnut cookie, a delicate whole red fruit confit (blackberries, redcurrants, raspberries and strawberries), and a creamy fromage blanc cream with a zest of lime to spice things up. The result is a softly sweet combination that’s sure to please the taste buds of everyone. Softness and lightness mingle in the mouth for an explosion of fresh, comforting flavours and textures.
