Description

Our Mirabeau pastry is made with a soft hazelnut cookie and a delicate whole red fruit confit (blackberries, redcurrants, raspberries and strawberries), as well as a creamy fromage blanc custard with a zest of lime to spice things up. Softness and lightness mingle in the mouth for an explosion of fresh, comforting flavours and textures.
