Our pastry chef has prepared a delicious entremets with springtime notes of apricot and caramel. Made with roasted apricots combined with a delicate vanilla mousse and a creamy caramel cream, topped with a soft praline cookie and a hazelnut streusel, this burst of sunny flavors will delight young and old alike.
A gluten-free dessert.
The decoration is as gourmet as the entremets, with marshmallows and candied apricots.
